20 seconds of water with a furious rinse, a stop for shampoo during which I also shave, followed by a 20 second wash with shower gel. After this I take no more than 20 seconds to get the suds off. Then towel dry.

"If I take a hot shower, I'll always feel cold when I get out of the bath because of evaporation. But, if I take a cold shower the air will be warmer than my skin. That way I'll feel warmer when I leave the shower."
