Well yes, though the last cartoon I watched was Euphonium where my thoughts were necessarily limited to "well that's cute" and "stop showing me boys." So I haven't actually had to do it in a while.

Most blind people aren't actually born blind so they can see in their dreams.

It's only if they were born blind from day 1 that they don't.
You forget though. Touch starts taking over brainspace meant for sight and so your body fails to recall the process. Like, after being blind for long enough, (and of course there are degrees of blindness, here we mean more or less total) for example, you start to lose a visual sense of depth and distance and in fact your entire spatial facilities. Ex: blind man from cataracts at age 6 had surgery to restore his sight at about age 50. He could tell his dog and his cat apart by touch but not by sight, especially if they were moving. And then in similar cases you get people who can see something, but can only really describe what it looks like after touching it.

So if you were born with eyesight but ended up blind at a very young age, how much of what the world looks like remains with you years and years later?

Depends on how old you were and how long it's been. For the man I was talking about above, he'd talk of the house he grew up in in terms of having a white fence but it's not really clear whether he's recalling it as a mental image or as a kind of idiom.

To keep this to some degree of tl;dr:

Last year the models the class were supposed to use were scaled such that the first layer thickness was supposed to come out to 400 meters. This year we printed them off with a scale such that the first layer was 350 meters thick.

This difference in thickness is significant enough to alter computed travel times by about .05 seconds. As such I know they submitted work from last year for this year.

That or they managed to get their hands on the worksheets we generated last year for grading purposes.

Either Link's Awakening or actual 1. The streamlining "explore but only this specific direction because plot says so" to avoid people getting frustrated from getting lost actually is a big turn off for me, because I like just wandering around and happening to do things because why the fuck not. I really enjoyed Link between Worlds, too. The 3D ones kinda pissed me off, though. I liked the fighting and stuff, mostly, but I felt like the game was barking at me. That being said, the fighting enjoyment was like enjoying a bad fighting game for a few hours, rather than what I feel like a Zelda game is. Basically, I'm an old fogey.

MM is pretty fun, yeah. While I typically don't like the hand holding or exploration restrictions that many of the 3D titles do, MM is pretty great because I can do a decent amount of things while ignoring my responsibilities.
