I'm gonna finish through Season 3 of Chuck and never watch anymore unless my morbid curiosity gets the better of me. And I reserve the right to pretend nothing after Season 2 ever happened. Chuck is the story of Chuck Bartowski, played by Zachary Levi, a Best Buy Buy More employee who is part of the Geek Squad Nerd Herd there. He was going to Stanford, but he got kicked out for cheating, a crime he never committed. One day he hears from his former best friend, Bryce, who framed him to get kicked out of school. It is his birthday, I think, and he receives an email from him. The next morning, he wakes up on the floor.

Bryce worked for the CIA, and he had stolen something, a priceless technology called the Intersect which stored a compendium of all sorts of information on every threat known to all the intelligence agencies or something like that. The information from the Intersect was effectively uploaded into Chuck's brain and the actual computer destroyed, so Chuck is the Intersect. Not realizing this, a CIA Agent, Sarah Walker, and an FBI Agent, John Casey, are sent to investigate Chuck. They believe that he was involved in stealing the Intersect and/or that they need to eliminate him for what he has done or knows, but then Sarah realizes that something else is going on. Sarah is a much more reasonable person, while John Casey is a rabid Republican type who breathes angry testosterone but has some sliver of a soul left. They want to kill each other at first, but they become Chuck's co-handlers to protect him because he is now an invaluable asset to both the CIA and the FBI.

When he looks at certain things a bunch of encoded images flash through his mind and he just instantly knows stuff. He is a bumbling goofus who gradually becomes more and more competent while refusing to do as he's told and "stay in the car." He leads a double life in which Sarah poses as his girlfriend and Casey as his weird neighbor, and he lives with his sister and her boyfriend. He has annoying but endearing Best Buy coworkers. It is kind of precious and hilarious.

That is absolutely true. I am a little scared but a little excited to see what might happen to my writing ethic when I start classes for the program I have been accepted into. I imagine that for the first couple of weeks I will sleep in all my free time, but after I have adjusted I am really hoping to see an uptick in my hobby/fanfiction writing, too.

Unless Leo was being all "this website sucks" Stockholm Syndrome the way we get when we're irritated with it, I think what he might have been saying is that if you feel like you are considering it that maybe you should try it for a bit to see if you feel better. If that is what he was saying, that is what I was saying but on the other side of it. Consider why something is making you unhappy, and if you feel that you need some breathing room to see if the website itself is the source of what you're unhappy with, then take it. I was also kind of quiet for a few weeks even though I didn't ask for a gray name, and I was considering quitting, but like I said, in the end, so far I have decided to stay. Even when I don't like every single thing about the community, I enjoy the things I enjoy about it enough to stay.

well, because i always intended to come back. I just had some things i needed to tend to irl and some other things about bl i needed space from. bl isn't a bad place but sometimes you have to know when its time to take a step back and collect yourself.

What I'm trying to silence is blatant insensitivity (whether you're Joking Setso Persona-ing or not) to someone who is considering leaving the site for some reason. If someone is publicly asking that, it is safe to assume that something is bothering them. If someone is expressing that something about this very place is bothering them, then maybe making a joke superiority bid is not a great decision.

When you express having problems, Sesto, a lot of us take you seriously, whether you want us to or not. The fact that you seem to not want people to take lol-alcoholism rhetoric seriously doesn't mean that you shouldn't assume other people's expressed issues are serious until you know otherwise.
