Does anybody find you get some image "stuck" in your head and just can't get rid of it? Kind of like the visual equivalent of an earworm, only far more annoying. Not anything gross or sexual, it's usually a bottle of orange juice, coat hanger or something similarly innocuous.

Obviously it's not a huge problem or anything (in fact I've been mostly rid of it the last few months, it just suddenly creeped up on me again a few days ago) but I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this and if so if there's any kind of mental exercise(?) to help get rid of it when it shows up (in my case, I mostly try to visualize a simple image in terms of color and shape that doesn't "stick" in my head the same way). Or maybe I'm just a huge weirdo, I dunno'...
