View Full Version : Precise Cropper?

Does anyone know where I can download a precise cropping program for free? It doesn't need to have any other features (those might slow it down and increase file size, anyway), just cropping and maybe resizing. Why? You see, I found this image: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=28524504 and wanted to use it as a wallpaper (don't worry; wallpaper for me means SFW), but its dimensions are 1100x1100, which is close to my screen size of 1280x1024. I realize that a lot of that vertical 1100 was just the blank green top area. I tried to crop it down to 1024 in Paint, but I can't get that exact value (not to mention the fact that it seems to reduce color quality). Is there a more precise cropping tool that crops from the top (ironically, cropping from the bottom is easier for many other programs)?
