Well, since it's already on nyaa and not that rare to find...
And I don't see Canonrap or anyone from BakaTsuki announcing anything, so...
Is anyone willing to start a translation for this? It's kind of the only Kara no Kyoukai thing that doesn't have some sort of a translation out there.
I know it's only been a few weeks since the premiere of Mirai Fukuin, but still.

And yeah, I registered just to say this.

Here's your answer.

Have patience, the translation will come.
Just like the translation of the rest of DDD and the Tsukihime Remake.

I heard Paitouch is working on it. You should bug him about it as much as possible to keep him motivated; he's a member here.

So, McJon, how are your translations coming along? When can we expect your version of Mahoyo? And weren't there some KnK materials that you were translating?

Seeing as he has time to post on BL, I'm assuming he's all done translating and ready to release his work to the public. You should spread the word waterflame, to get some hype going.

I got bored of that, now I'm teaching myself Python.

It was now time for Mcjon to learn something completely different.

As long as he doesn't do any full frontal nudity it should be fine.

Like learning how to recognise different types of trees from quite a long way away.

Why don't you use "@" "To" at this community?
Python is a kind of script which works on PC or real time processor whose name came from Monty Python.
If I am going to pay 7,200 JPY I will get it and no need translation, but I will not pay for it. Too much expensive.

Wow, $75... really? And from what I know, books are cheap in Japan.
But again... raw's on nyaa, so anyone who has knowledge of Japanese can easily read it.
I actually tried reading it myself, with Google Translate in hand, but that didn't really work out... not to mention it was too damn hard, when you only know a few kanjis and hirigana.

You don't teach Python, you just write it. And it usually works. Ain't it great.

I don't know any kanji, hiragana, or katakana. But I used Google Translate and read the entire thing while understanding it all perfectly. Train your Google Translate skills more.

waterflame

Well... it takes long finding the kanji itself, since the online kanji recognizers don't really work that well with scanned pages. And I can spend an hour on Jisho.org looking for a radical.
But my Google Translate skills are fine, I guess... that's how I'm reading Mahoyo right now. But there I have the text in the .ks files, here are printed/scanned text.

Just use kanjitomo, mang, and write that shit out on the windows kanji pad for whatever it doesn't catch.

As someone who used to do that when started learning: it's a hellish nightmare to transcript and then try to translate everything.

October 28th, 2013, 03:11 PM
Hahahaha yeah

I wanted to OCR apocrypha into a nice Aozora Bunko format for my iPad but Higashide's ridiculous kanji says lolnope. So then I tried to do it by hand and only got through a chapter.

They're certainly not. I don't need jisho, text recognizers, or any of that shit even with scanned images. Just pure Google Translate. You've yet to even touch upon just how great Google Translate is.

I believe you already know, Pai has JLPT N2, it means he can read normal Japanese directly. I have B level score of TOEIC. Both of tests are not include speaking and writing. Hearing and reading only.

At that point I had already been looking for over 30 minutes. I would not have made an account if I could find it myself.
First time being on this website.
I just wanted to read the final KnK chapter. But it's not done anyways.
So, I'll just fuck off and continue reading F/HA.

Rokudaime

It'll probably be done eventually. Just have a little patience, and come back later, if you want to wait until it's all done. I would just start reading it now though, and read the rest as it comes out.
