At the time of creating this list, I haven't made thaf many Servants. However, I figured I might as well get started in listing what I did so that I won't have so mamy sheets of mine to track down.

Also temp formatting as I decide on how to stylize this.

(Note: As of writing, my plan is I won't be writing any more Servant sheets, as other than Starless Black I have no desire to write any more Type-Moon fanfic. However, you will still be seeing these profiles of mythic, historic, and literary figures in my own stories, if tweaked to remove any Type-Moon references and to fit my new settings.)
