You have to host images somewhere if you want people to be able to see them.
Don't worry, imageshack doesn't bite, usually.

Btw, imageshack and photobucket are totally free, right?
I use photobucket, image shack does this weird redirecting thing when you right click and view image that I don't like. But yes, both are free.

I used to like Photobucket, then they changed to this weird new uploading system I don't like. Why is it necessary to go to a different page to upload an image, then be sent to another page to tag it (which I don't do), then have to go back to the gallery to get the link?
Worst thing about Tinypic is that it uses captcha now when you upload from the main page, but I bypass that by a) having an account and b) always starting from the "your stuff" page. So yeah, I like tinypic.
I use imageshack, because I have a right click upload addon for FF which makes it easier to get pictures from imageboards and those booru thingies.
