Wasn't sure if this is the proper place for it, but I just installed this and can't go above 2.4x quality. I'm launching from the Fate64.exe file, so that shouldn't be an issue, and I couldn't find any results online for the same issue. It's a fresh installation of everything, even new save files, since I just got a new pc and felt like replaying.
