However, that does not apply to members of the Dragon Kind. Personal Skills Mystic Eyes of Stat Perception: Due to years of gaming, Rider is able to analyze his opponents’ stats upon sight. Expert of Many Specializations: E Allows for multitasking and great adaptability, but the number of skills is severely limited. Headache Sufferer: D Prone to suffering migraines, decreasing the success rate of mental skills temporarily. Eye of the Mind (True): C Capable of analyzing of battle conditions and deducing an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability slightly improves the chances of winning.
Magic Resistance: D Cancels Single-Action spells. Magic Resistance of the same degree of an amulet that rejects magical energy. Eye for Art: E- If he happens to see a Noble Phantasm that possesses artistic anecdotes, there is a small chance that he might be able to figure out its true name. Noble Phantasms Photoplasty – Graphics Editor: B (C) This NP allows Rider to create his own weapons according to the situation. The weapons can be edited, changing in both appearance and strength according to Rider’s will. Although the Weapons are considered NPs while in use, they are always of rank C or lower. The NP has a secondary use, in that it can be used to boost an existing weapon, turning it into a NP (rank D, if the weapon was a NP, its rank is boosted by one). If this ability is used, Rider is unable to create weapons until deactivated.
Deus EX Machina – Convenient Luck: E (EX) Rider’s ultimate skill. Normally, Rider’s luck is non-existent, but with the use of this NP, it bumps his Luck stat to EX. This allows him to get out of any problematic situation, or even bring a certain victory, regardless of the circumstances. However, this NP cannot be activated by Rider willingly, thus limiting its usefulness. Universal Controller – Ultimate Riding Skills (A+) Rider does not have a vehicle or mount of his own. To compensate for that, this NP allows Rider to take control of any vehicle or mount as his NP, and instantly become an expert in its use. The NP takes the form of a gamepad and a small device. The gamepad controls the vehicle/mount as long as the device is attached to it. This gives Rider the advantage of adaptability and unpredictability, since he could take any vehicle or mount found in his surroundings and use it against his opponent. Without the Controller or any vehicle in the vicinity, the NP becomes useless.

Some backstory guys! Coming from a time yet to come, KAIZA was a magus in life. Despite being considered a poor mage, he always strove to improve himself. Unlike most magi, who shunned technology, KAIZA was fascinated by it and its potential uses. He even was an avid gamer. As such, he made his life goal to find a way to combine or reconcile both magic and technology. He became an inventor, making himself well known throughout the world. His inventions, which combined both technology and thaumaturgy, helped save many lives, and improved the human condition. However, his peers at the Mage Assossiation saw him as both a threat to their society and as nothing more than a fool. To have been able to make it as far as he did was considered incredibly lucky.
Surviving several encounters, he was eventually assassinated, removed to prevent magic from becoming known to the public. Many saw him as a visionary, and in his time, many remember him for his actions, for his inventions, and for his dedication. Summoned into the 5th Holy Grail War as the last Servant, he was given the title of Rider, and utilizes both technology and thaumaturgy in combat.
