The .IMG folder which I downloaded is 400 MB while the actual drive is only 105 MB. How? Where is the music?

The Tsukihime CD has eleven tracks. One 105MB data track with the game data and ten audio tracks with the soundtrack.
You can actually play the CD in an audio CD player, that's why it works with your Windows Media Player.
You can rip those audio tracks from the CD using the same tools you'd use to rip an audio CD (such as EAC).
