I tinkered with the game and managed to successfully unpack script files.
c-1.ks:554 has the following:
「[ruby text=ソウ char=1][swel]―――」[l][r]
It's a a rune "swel" as it says, that does something as Aoko comes near. Maybe an image of said rune is missing (the only file there is ソウェル26.png in unpacked files, not ソウェル24.png) or something. But my game files are valid, I tried installing it from 2 different disk images (dummy cut and full), so I have no idea how to solve this myself.

I think I might be able to go around this error by loading a save that starts right after said rune appearance, so, can somebody help me with said save file? It's a Chapter 12, right after the fight start.
