Mobile Suit Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans Season 2 Episode 18:Spoiler:
Another great episode, can't for next week, and in 11 days, D.Gray Man Season 4 Part 1 will be out and I'll be watching that too.
There is one question I have though, what are those flowers in the fourth Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans opening?
Finally caught up with the Overlord LNs.
volume 12
Just binged Mob Psycho 100 (manga version). It was good, but uneven.
Boss Bones like a lot of bosses doesn't really try as hard as they should knowing the background workings of their minions.
Reminds me how he still thinks all those scrolls are made out of some "chimera sheep" of sorts in their "special farms". They're Soylent Scrolls Momonga!
Ah, reminded of that poor Adventurer girl that Shaltear hunted down as well. Her fate (and her sisters) in the Web Novels were apparently different.

Mah boi Maruo's become strong (TvT)7
There's like 200 chapters to be tl'd, geez.
At least there's a lot left to go before its cancellation catches up with me and crushes my heart forever!
Unless FA flips out and drops it.
Please don't say such hurtful things.

And wow, I thought I was the only person here who reads Baby Steps giving how pathetically my thread for it died.
Baby Steps is, like, second... nah, fourth sports series I watched/read and liked.
Haikyuu, Keijo, Mai Ball (about female soccer team), and Baby Steps. I can never remember how many exclamation marks each series' name has, so screw it.
Has Keijo had any new TL'ed chapters since last June? Last time I remember reading it, the chapter had like three pages and the remaining ten were all weird static stuff.
So I watched/read some fun stuff
NGNL movie: surprisingly p great, like uh Shakugan no Shana's prequels mixed with LotR. Gods fighting for dominion over the world to the point that the sun is blocked by a cloud of ever lasting ash, long enough that no human alive ever remembers seeing the sun- humans hide living in caves as dwarves burrow around the world and have air ships as they plot to sink all continents into the ocean using nukes as other nations construct super weapons of their own awaiting the final battle to end a seemingly eternal war. Rather dramatic and great because of it. I like the ed, it reminded me of the initial op because several pianobars? sequences? I brainfarted the wordbut one of the initialbars/sequencesprogressions were very reminiscent of This Game.
Bara no Maria: I was told this was a shoujo series that was similar to children of whales (aka pretty grim)- and uh this is damn near guro a quarter of the time, was surprised to find out midway through that this was by the writer of Grimgar. Interesting series here.
this stuff is prolly also going in the isekai thread where i might write more
Saihate no Paladin: interesting, author also wrote another weird story with the combined setting of like 20 other isekai writers
Isekai Meikyuu no Saishinbu wo Mezasou: isekai where mc can't remember his past but thinks the only way to get back to his own world is to complete a dungeon but as he gets deeper he loses more and more of his emotions Made in Abyss curse style as he is assisted by a saber clone who is a horrible swordsmen and a great mage but hates magic and because he's emotionless. There's also a mysterious Ais Wallennstein like girl running around. Find the concept interesting but the delivery to be meh. Wonder if mc will eventually be Fire Punch tier crazy.
The Girl That Holds the Flaming Ring: weird story author is interesting
Hoooooly shit. No Game No Life Zero was incredible. I can't even nitpick, all I can say is that the subs were substandard (heh heh heh) and marred what should've been a 10/10 experience.
I watched Zero in theaters so subs I think were good
Aside from it taking three tries for the subs to be on the screen instead of off the bottom my showing last year was fine iirc
I wish I could watch anime movies in theatres, but they take forever to come out in Canada, and by the time they're here I only find out two days before-hand that there's going to be a single show at noon on a Sunday.
Just finished B: The Beginning.
I hated it
Good production: animation, character design, soundtrack and whatnot.
But the plot dude. It's a half gritty sherlock-esque thriller about a genius detective and a half action shounen about a boy fighting mysterious evil clowns.
These two stories don't mesh well and aren't particularly interesting in the end by themselves.
I glazed over the entirety of the evil clown storyline and tried to focus on the sherlock thriller part but the ending dude.

Spoiler:
Terrible
Oh I watched that too
I uh won't say I hated it
But it wasn't very good plot wise, or rather p generic, and was much more like a jdrama or a jtheatre show then like most shows but I liked the Ed. I also disliked how the guy that
Spoiler:
and i totally agree that his reasoning at the end was god awful
and thus relife ends at ch 222
it was a fun ride
kinda wanted more tho
