We already had one of those. It was quite good, even.

They're both bad. The first had SOME stuff in it that was neat but that second one, woof.
Eh, it was Shakespeare with super-heroes. I loved it!
I have faith that this one will at least be acceptably okay
I'll be in my bunk
Just watched Homecoming today.
just in case
Spidey was funny, which is more than can be said for the last five Spider-Man movies, so, yeah.
Or, okay, intentionally funny. Spider-Man 3 was funny for all the wrong reasons.
Spidey was funny in the first movie (see him making fun of Bonesaw, for instance), and both the first and second movies had funny scenes. Your mileage may vary on whether it was enough, but there were plenty of jokes in the Raimi trilogy, it wasn't only drama.
They had funny moments, but Peter was not exactly funny. He has all of like, two quips, and with Tobey's delivery, they have a really long windup for very little payoff. The Spider-Man 2 video game gets it right, but this is the first time we have a Peter that's really kinda a rapid-fire motor mouth.
Hm, I see your point. Well, I'm a huge fan of the first two Raimi movies - especially the first one -, but I'm ready to (hopefully) love this one, too!
Just saw the new Spiderman.Spoiler:

Ohhhhhhhh.
I also wonder if, in this re-imagining for modern times, they'll have Peter become a vblogger rather than a photographer, which makes that opening sequence even more perfect
Watched the movie yesterday. It was... ...pretty great. I do wish it didn't treat the viewers like morons, though, and that
