One more chapter and Black Lagoon will finish an arc that started in January of 2010. I know it's not Berserk levels, but damn is that a long time for 25 chapters.
Lul that's unexpected show to encounter "owo an alcohol! B-but im underage!" meme

Smol Reinhard was a good lawful boy.
Yeah, but maybe otherwise situation would have gotten a bit more lively... I mean, I have more troubles going trough this arc than through his wedding episode. And I heard the most boring gaiden arc still awaits me ahead-
Watching Yozakura Quartet: Hana no Uta. I enjoy it.
Most of the characters are fun.
Their powers are very diverse and subvert all the youkai & omyoji cliches.
Slice of life doesn't feel forced like most battle anime are.
Animations are smooth and character designs are pleasant on the eyes.
Everything is random: their backstory, ability and motivation. But it doesn't really matter because they do cool stuff when they do that.
It is started a little confusing at the start but not a dealbreaker for me.
There are too much fanservice for my liking, but I think many people will like it for the exact reason.
Episode 7 is ultra great, especially when all the heroes go berserk. Rarely I like the main leads compared to the secondary characters, but Hime is cute.
I watched the first episode of D.Gray Man Hallow last night. The opening and ending are good, but it's going to take some time to get used to the new designs and colors. The old composer did come back for this anime, which I'm very happy about.
The opening and ending showed off so many Noah, so I was right about there being more of them. I can't stand how the Order treats Allen like a criminal, just right after what happened in the old headquarters.
Spoiler:
The first episode of the new anime, and I'm hit with that. And it doesn't end with that, General Cross was attacked as the episode was ending. So far though, I like the new anime.
I also read Burn the Witch last Thursday. I really like it, Tite Kubo hasn't lost any of his talent, and I hope it gets made into a real manga someday.
something must be wrong with me
i binged all of available Domestic Girlfriend all day
and i love it
is is this what Scum's Wish fans feel like
Hina is BAD AND WRONG

It was more of a Kimi no Iru Machi experience personally, given that I liked Scum's Wish throughout its run.
Rui may be best girl now and tbh, it’s probably better if it ends with that relationship
i actually don’t hate Hina, I understand her position, the whole thing is a mess, but fuck if I don’t feel for these people
But this boy Natsuo needs to stop picking up all the ladies we don’t need this shit bruh
mao not being part of the harem and just being a tease was great
I dropped it a bit after the super long range camera OF DOOM bared its fangs, don't recall any Maos. There was book girl, and Worst Attempt At Flirting of the Century Alex. Also I remember Natsuo's writing subplot being strangely engaging.

Also a fellow Rui man, I approve.
Watched "Knights & Magic" and I really dug it. As a huge mecha nerd, it pleased my soul to see a series focus so heavily on the engineering aspect. That and I haven't seen a mech show set in a world of magic, dwarves and dragons since Aura Battler Dunbine...

True dat. <3
I heard they had to distil quite a lot of sub-plots from the original novels and so I'm eager to start them now that I own the first Volume.

Wow, you really missed out because that’s only a little less than half the story. Book girl has her own separate thing that resolved nicely (good job Kiriya Sensei). Al is more superfluous and it was a mistake to make him do a drunken near rape.
what I like a lot is that the soap opera romances aren’t just the only thing, the characters for the most part are pretty fleshed out to feel believable and have their own hopes and dreams besides getting laid ie Natsuo taking seriously being a writer
i thought you read more because you hate Hina and approve of Rui because there’s quite some development
Wow, all that stuff happened a long time ago.

whew that recontexting chapter
Started from beginning from fan scans until ch. 90 something where then it seems to have switched to rips from the official release from Kodansha’s Digital First serviceIt’s up to volume 17 and I’ve been looking ahead at raws whereSo I guess Wikipedia didn’t lie and oh my god, I can’t stop thinking about this storySpoiler:
I pretty much dropped it after that camping trip with the teacher. The justification for Hina's actions seemed flimsy at best and it's something I simply couldn't get over. After reading the plot synopsis on wikipedia it simply wasn't for me as much as I liked both Rui and Natsuo.
Rui and Natsuo’s developing relationship is one of the highlights of Domestic Kanojo. I feel for Hina because I’ve honestly been in a similar situation for pushing away someone because I thought it was for the best but regretted it later. The irony is just too delicious I guess. This was a story that could have easily been about Hina and Natsuo romance but it’s not. I don’t see them getting back together so I wonder how it well resolve that sad past
