Collab characters tend to have handwaves to justify them being Servants, like Fujino's case (she's a temporary Counter Guardian I think?). I would expect something similar for Soujuurou.
I really like both Rin's and Rani's redesigns for Record. Rin's differentiates her more from SN Rin and Rani's is just straight up an improvement.
I think Soujuurou is more likely to be welfare because an Aoko gacha would make the big bucks.
