It's just you. Usually that just means some file is corrupt somewhere, first try re-downloading the patch and give it another try (use Start instead of Continue)

The English patch here already has official patches built into it, bringing it to v1.2.

The files should be fine if they're from a disc. You could try re-downloading the patch though just in case that had an issue.

Not much is known about that error, other than some time ago one...
