Yea Emiya suffers from early game servant skillset. He isn't horrible but outside of mob sweeping, he's really got nothing running for him. I do feel he will eventually get a rework though.

Only issue I have with Leo is that it's annoying to effectively pull off his taunts, which puts the other 2 zerkers at a higher risk.
