On the KiriKiriZ github it seems they are quite heavily using win32 libraries and Visual Studio. This means it's not likely that it runs on Mac or Linux.

It's not easy to help you when we don't know what the error your getting says due to it being gibberish.

I feel like your problem is you aren't in JP locale due to characters showing up as question marks.

I'm still working on it, I don't have a background for Avenger however. What still needs to be done is the class abilities and all of the stat ranks. After that I'll look into additional images.
