Aoko has a bug in which her Buster card doesn't have the AoE effect if you use it the same turn she transforms.

No you don't. Leveling up her skills affects both forms. You get a prompt showing both skills getting increased effects.

I love watching Aoko's facial expressions in story, can't help but smile everytime she makes a weird face.

Her Extra damage will probably be quite high with Append skills, and specially after Foreigner is unlocked in the Class Score.
