From doesn't really have any idea how to balance the game. And even if they did it's way too late now.

Didn't they introduce a patch to fix that some time ago, but in true Fromsoft fashion didn't really work because it was a hackjob? Probably just extending the time you can be away before they despawn.

I believe that was (semi) fixed at some point.

I honestly don't remember ever doing that fight alone, partly because I enjoyed cooping for it, partly because I rarely went to NG+.

Same. And strafing the combo puts you right at their back, solving the fight almost completely unless they open with the grab.

In the specific case of the Sentinels, it isn't true. You don't need to roll to dodge them (much like the Pursuer). Learn to space better.

Finished my first run after 25 hours of playtime, 10-day binge, on a Greatscissors Str Knight build with a small Cleric dip (level 2 Prayers)....

Started Salt and Sanctuary. It's pretty darn good. Does it have a dedicated thread, or can we throw it in with the Soulsbornes?
