How would arondight work against AOF in regular melee? Being antidragon makes AOF only reduce up to B damage against nps instead of B+ but does that only apply to activated nps?

It doesn't matter. The "Proper Heroes NP" clause doesn't count for Anti-Dragon NP's like Arondlight, so even if the boost counted to activate the B+ Condition, it wouldn't count.
