True, but that's only because he just a minor role in the story so and there haven't been much chance to see him interact with Servants other than Romans. All we can do is see if they decide to give him a more prominent role in some chapter or event like how they did it in Dantes event. either that or an animated Septem with hopefully a revised script.

A better question would be have Caligula and Orion/Artemis actually run into each other in the main story or event story. Only thing that comes to mind is the Dango event, but all I remember about that is that Caligula and Gaius were talking about Nero while eating dango before Altera cut Caligula down.
