Does anyone know if I can read Fate character material online? I really want to look at Takashi's designs.

Will Raiko be Mad Enhanced no matter what class she's in?
She probably won't if she's summoned as Saber.
Swimsuit Raikou will probably still have it.
Something
Raikou will be 'mad' no matter the class she's been summoned.

Currently (like, actually) finishing Apocrypha 3
Hmm. Her summoning line has her mistaking her Class, so I guess it's pretty solid to presume she'd have it as a Saber too.
Quite the cheating personality.
Something
So are all Berserkers with EX-rank ME, aside from Cu Alter, destined to be ME'd regardless of whatever class they're in?
Vlad tho.
There's hope afterall.

Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
The guys that retain ME outside of the Berserker class (Gilles, Kiyo) are all warped at the baseline. So logically Raikou would keep her ME as well since she too was nuts to begin with.
I'm not sure if Kiyo is a valid example because it was from Scathach Magic.
Something
Think of it this way. Normally, the Berserker class draws a servant derived from an episode of madness in the HS's life. However, if the irrationality is fundamental to the HS, the class container can't really snip that out. So the madness stays. Therefore the ME stays.
Do Fate Stay Night, and Tsukihime coexist in the same universe? I know Kara No Kyoukai is separate from them, but I heard they were separate from each other due to True Ancestors.
No
Localizationing stuff
if by universe you mean they're both part of the nasuverse yes
if you mean like same timeline, then no
