Ether is an imaginary element that makes up a bunch stuff. Wouldn't be surprised it makes up mana.

Magic is classified into two major groups depending on whether life force of the magus from within (Lesser Source = Od) is converted into magic power, or the life force of nature (Great Source = Mana) coming from the outer world is taken in and converted into magic power.

What's tripping you up is the fact that you still call it maryoku before you process it into maryoku.

What is it that Edison's Noble Phantasm does, exactly? I know it's main purpose deteriorates people's faith in mysteries and such, but against an enemy Servant, what sort of effect does it have?

In game, it seals enemy Noble Phantasms for a certain number of turns.

    it nullifies mysteries.
While they can exist, they just don't do anything anymore.

Like you use WFD, Excalibur don't shoot no more beamu.

So in fate/sf I reambered that he said that Enkidu's weakness was curses of death and that would have to do with how he died so I'm wondering if archer(EMIYA) would be in simpler since he was killed by a simple rope so any rope or hang mans noose weaken him?

La Mort Espoir's Sanson's NP. Effective against those who got executed during their life.

Now that I think about it, aside from Jing Ke, Lu Bu, Marie, Emiya and Jeanne, who else would take extra damage from La Mort Espoir

If i were to guess, all Hassans. Since, y'know.

edt: Actually, some of them probably died in action? The ones who didnt eventually lost their heads and therefore qualify?
