While Karna explicitly holds back from nuking the place, it very much emphasizes that he's in the same league at least in terms of skill and defensive power, compared to something like Emiya vs Cu round 2, where Emiya walks away from it but knows he could've been creamed fifty times over.

just to list the info given for each:
Columbus won't be in Material for a while yet.
Teach loses Riding to Voyager of the Storm, no further explanation given. The latter is more of a leadership skill.
Anne and Mary lose Riding to Voyage, which goes on to explain that they're specialized only at helming ships.
Drake keeps Riding at rank B and gets a bonus to ships. And she still has Voyager of the Storm separately from that.
