To answer that then, I'm pretty sure the whole point is that Richard is neither real nor fake

Currently (like, actually) finishing Apocrypha 3
Could Knight of Owner work on Enkidu (the person)?
Wasn't its description less 'any weapon' and more 'anything Lancelot sees as a weapon'? So, if that's the case, it depends on how he sees Enkidu. And given how he reacts to pretty ladies, I'd venture towards no.
most cases are physical enjoyment

Yeah, cause it reminds me that death can be subverted and there are numerous ways I can cheat my way out of it, even if I died already.
I wouldn't want to come back then be reminded I'm actually still a disembodied spirit but okay
Well there not even the real ones barring arturia in the original fsn, so i would say the copies have it better off than the original HS.
With the way the keep adding shit to gils vault, soon he will have the root in it.
Life is short, we don't need to shitpost at eachother about nasu.
hmm, i wonder if lanclot got a hold of a nuke would it be a discount sword of rapture?

I have a few questions about the location of souls and such on a metaphysical level.
So heroic spirits go to the throne, that much is clear. Now, iirc in EXTRA it's said by Mumei that counter guardians reside in the Ring of Deterrence, so I kinda always assumed the ring was like a sub-location within the throne.
But then I just noticed that the servant summoning chant actually says 抑止の輪, so what's the deal there?
Are the throne and ring the same thing, just interchangeable names? Or are they split, just not the way I imagined?
Second question is, if wraiths and the like are "heroic spirit candidates", then that should mean they're not eligible for the throne, right? But they are still recorded and pulled from somewhere, so do we have any info on that?
Third question is I noticed JP wiki's page for Sasaki had this line:
and I was wondering what that something "akin to a human database" is? Is this something that's been referenced somewhere else, or is it just another one of those one-off mentions?

Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
Servant summoning chant also may be derived from something related to the summoning system the HGW system steals from. The whole classification of Heroic Spirits, Guardians, and possible Grands seems to be set up in a particular way that we don't have all the details on and the use of ring of restraint or whatever versus throne of heroes might be tied to that. There seems to be some sort of difference else you'd think they'd use it more interchangeably.
I always kind of thought it might be something like the throne is a building, the ring of restraint is a business, the business may operate out of the building, but it is not synonymous with the building since there's other shit there too, like the Hassan DMV.

Right, that was basically what I was thinking before as well. That we don't have all the details on the original system is probably a big factor to the confusion, but I like the idea that the throne is not then exclusively for HS, but is more the aforementioned record of humanity or similar, and HS, CG, wraiths, etc, all just reside in different parts of it.
Thanks for both your answers!
Thanks, was kinda wondering about that too. It's kind of a bother the JP wiki doesn't source anything, even if it gets its info right
Not costing as much upkeep, not being as easily detectable by non-Servants, not being hindered by physical objects.
Basically all good things if you're thinking tactically but not so great if you remember that they're conscious beings that often manifest for a chance at a second life or such.
