i honestly only scour the thread and not the goa itself and with people with beter japanese saying excalibur is indeed powered up by the planet when facing planetary threat i assume it is

The part where you said planetary threat was separate from other restrictions.

I think it's just one of them, albeit the biggest one. There's never been anything to indicate it's unrelated, afaik.

It's been a long time since i read GoA but iirc it was only said that Excalibur is yada yada forged from inner sea and is planetary defense against external threat

It's the same. The more conditions the wielder fulfill, the stronger it gets.

I'll check the story tomorrow if I remember but iirc Merlin in GoA just said that Excalibur shows its true power against a threat to the planet.

And separately, the "Arthur" lock on Proto Excalibur is "battle to save the world."

Sefar wiped out most of the gods (gods = world) and got killed by Excalibur 12000 years ago.

Sounds pretty similar to me.

no i mean in my mind they are different

like in my mind excalibur has 100 value at max, and based on what i read of her interlude each reason reduced it by a fraction. not strong of heart, minus 5, not xxx, minus 5
and from what most of other guys said its a boost from the world when against planetary threat, so in my mind its 100 maximum value + extra 50 from the world

Isn't it more like, if true power is 100, and the alien threat bonus is +50, then at any other time, Excalibur is stuck at 50/100 tops, no matter how many of the other seals are released?

The angel was Venus when she was still up and about, the two wings on her back are the two massive trees on Heaven's Corpse, and each of the billions of leaves/feathers is one of those angel monsters.

V/V doesn't want to move out of the way of the incoming Aristoteles bombing run, because if she moves then all the leaves will fall off the trees and the billions of angels will kill every living thing on Earth. (Doing that was pretty much her original mission objective, it's just that ~the power of love~ changed her mind.)

Basically, if you shake a trees hard enough in the autumn then the leaves will fall off.
