Those aren't mutually exclusive.

What Gilgamesh has collected is not mere riches, but rather the very "origins of human wisdom".
The only things missing from his vault would be items produced with completely new concepts by a new human race, and items produced with extraterrestrial intelligence and technology.

Kinda late to this whole thing, but just wanted to note that the "owning humanity's stuff" and "having prototypes of all NPs" are actually two separate clauses. One is not the result of the other.

He has the prototypes of all NPs because his legend is what those of other heroes are derived from = he is the original owner of all of their legends (NPs). This is where the "NPs get retroactively added to his possession" part comes from.

The owning all of humanity's stuff part comes from his hoardi―――uh, I mean, adjudicating.

As for my attempt to explain, if any HS has a NP, despite its origin, something must exist in Gilgamesh's GoB that would be the inspiration for the HS' NP. If not, the being cannot be a HS, as all HS are derived from Gilgamesh.

So, yes, Gilgamesh does not have Excalibur in his vault due to its origins. However, he does has the original mana amplifying weapon/item. Similarly for God Hand, he does not have the actual ability God Hand, but you could probably argue that the Herb of Immortality from his legend is an inspiration for God Hand's revive function.

Nero's problem is that she likes to go by her own songs she creates. But she's a terrible artist, a really terrible artist. So it's not that she kills peoples eardrums with how off-tune as it is with Liz, but it's so messed up people it wouldn't even seem as music

Giving a serious answer, it's not that Nero isn't skilled, in fact Imperial Privilege by definition allows her enough skill to create masterpieces. It's just the direction that she takes those skills thats the problem. With her weird thoughts on art what would normally be Masterpieces turns into stuff thats anything but. In short she has terrible artistic sense, which just got worse with her headaches.

Wondering, but is anyone aware of what Jing Ke's skill Like There's No One Watching(or 傍若無人, if it's a bad tl) actually does? It's description from the mats is just some fluff detailing why she got it but not actually what it does or what effect it has on her. In any story that has her or any of her interludes that actually talks or hints on what it does?
