Probably a Melty Blood reference cuz Miyako Arima's fake Bajiquan became real when influenced by TATARI. Perhaps she reached Li level that way or something so Li dislikes TATARI.

I'm trying to do a video on a lot of servant stuff but I'd rather not copy paste from the typemoon wiki.
Basically places that answer the questions I have that gives me definitive or at least partially confirmed info.
