I never understood how Shirou created the Jewel Sword Zelretch in HF. I remember the scene, but I couldn't understand how that worked. Is that explained more clearly anywhere?

He saw it with his eyeballs then projected it like everything else he’s ever projected
Ilya showed him a vision which included the sword. He can project weapons he sees in dreams as shown with Caliburn.

Does Siegfried's conceptual inability to defend his back also prevent him from stopping attacks that successfully aim and fire at his back? The example the mats gave was if Siegfried were in a force field, it would open up so his back could still be hit. That leaves it unclear as to whether he can actively try to defend his back beyond just not giving his opponents a chance to target it.
Also is it like Achilles where attacks have to be aimed specifically at his back and won't work if they just cover the entire body (I am assuming Achilles' invincibility works this way based on Balmung supposedly not being effective against him even though it should hit his entire body)?
I'm guessing the answer is "we don't know" in regards to both questions, but I'm still curious.
He can still defend himself, in his flashback in the LN it's clear he could have reacted and defended his back from being staged by Hagen, but choose not two. The curse that he has is more that he has to always leave his weakness open that it can be attacked on, not that he can't personally try to protect it himself by reacting to it.
And the attack should work if it hits his back, but it has to pointing at his back. The thing about Balmung not working on Achilles because while it's seems like it attacks whole body, it doesn't. It's not omnidirectional. It's gonna hit Achilles and it will do it in one direction, probably be straight at him at the front, not towards the back of his leg.

I'm behind on Case Files. Last I heard, Waver and Gray were about to head over to an auction on the Mystic Eye Collection Train that was allegedly run by Rita Rozay-en.
Given Case Files' knack for reintroducing Dead Apostle Ancestors as having never vampirized in this setting, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume she gets the same treatment. But did much ever come of her? She's only ever been a name on a list, so I'm curious to see how she was portrayed. At least guys like Gransurg and Merem showed up in that Talk prelude to give us some idea of who they are and how they operate.
Spoiler:
She's not in it

Huh. I thought I read a blurb stating she was the one running the entire operation.
Oh well. Thanks, You.

Is there any reason why Emiya's card in FGO only shows his last name and not the full name like other?
Can someone explain to me how Sieg and Jeanne were even able to meet each other in the reverse side of the World?

I think from the throne but I don't know exactly. HS on the throne are just information but they do to seem to have some thought there, I don't know. Anyway here's the section from the mats talking about it.
I don't know, i do feel it's a summoning tho, because HS can't just walk out from the Throne after all, but it does make sense because the Reverse Side wouldn't have the Worlds corrective impulses that prohibits Servants from being there without a link to the present so that's something to consider.Jeanne d’Arc is a Heroic Spirit who, from the start, lost her human body long ago. Because of that, the chances of her reaching the Reverse Side weren’t completely zero… However, that is merely the kind of “not zero” like, as a comparison, somehow managing to pass through a wall with the tunnel effect, but the Throne where Heroic Spirits Exist is cut off from the time axis, so she effectively had an infinite number of attempts to try.
