Which came first Ea or The Sword of Mars? I cant figure it out. Ea is suppose to be a Divine Construct that was created before the concept of a sword came to be, but the Sword of Mars is the prototype of all Divine Constructs. Which was created first?

No they never confirmed that she is. In Extella she was found in the corpse of Velber 02, but in Grand order it's said she was found in a lost civilization. Also the moon cell doesn't exist in the grand order or Stay Night universes.

Altera is the remnant of the Velber Anti-Cell that ravaged the earth 14,000 years ago as Sefer and started the end of the Age of Gods, thats the same in GO as it is in Extella. Those types of events are the same through out the Fate francise, no matter if the series are built in parallel worlds.

In was in the Extella mats, the Altera in GO was found in the same way as it was for Extella. Also while the Moon Cell doesn't exist in SN, going by the CCC event I think it does exist in GO.

How the ancient gods (who she refers to as concepts) lost to Altera, the giant who fell from the stars. Or should she say Altera came here from across the sea of stars? In that sense Stheno and Altera are the same, but there was also quite a large difference between them.

I read somewhere moon cell was unique to the world of Extra. We don't have any proof that it exist in Grand order, so we can't say with certainty that Altera is an alien.

I don't think the events are meant to be part of the story. I could be wrong, but most of those events are just promotional I think.
