I think he's impressive in some areas, tho personally it be better if we knew exactly how much damage his NP can do when compared to others and whether it being control as by Nuada has any special properties.
And also him using his thumb in a serious fight really, to see the extent it does for him in battle.

Even if it's only one, Fionn killing it should make him decently impressive. At least there's actual evidence for being a god-killer unlike Shishou.
He also fought his ancestor Nuada of the Silver Arm. A major war God of the Celts, himself once the king of the Gods. I don't know where exactly they found that as a feat that was in myth but it's mentioned a few times in his profile and voice lines, making it a canon feat of his in the Nasuverse. So yeah that's really impressive.
