Nero has no wish, Mumei also has no wish iirc, Tamamo's wish of finding a husbando is instantly granted the moment she got summoned by MC, but she's not really HS so ehhh.

Is Mumei a CG or not? The Extra Drama CD said he's "not a slave of the counter force" but his profile in Extra mats said that he's a guardian.

He's not a guardian for the world tho, which Is counter force. He made his contract instead to the Moon Cell.

is there any difference between how the World gets rid of a servant compared to how it gets rid of a reality marble or a projected object?

Well part of why Servants get rejected is because they're dead and don't belong in the era which is why they need something to anchor them to the present. Normally this is a master but Medea was able to make a temple into Sasaki's anchor. Projected stuff disappear quickly because projection is an incomplete magecraft and the results are normally just 'imaginary objects' since most magi can only match the shape of the real thing not the details, Shirou is an exception so even his non-sword hollow projections last indefinitely and are more or less perfect on the physical level.

It happens because systems need powering and once they run out of power naturally they stop working.
