Reminder that real myth =/= nasuverse myth. Almost every gods suffered from severe nerf, even Amaterasu. It's better to throw everything you knew out of the window so that you can be at peace. Even now I still can't believe my Buddha is a fox girl.

In some ways yes, no to others. While the myths change it's not that it's nerfed than they are just changed to fit the rules of magic that Nasu has created. Such instead of Tiamat being split up to create the planet she was instead exiled and imprisoned in another dimension. But then you have cases where Nasu has even buffed some gods. Like take Ares for example, in myth his sword was nothing special or was even mentioned in any capacity but now his sword is a kill stat. Plus while in.Fate he is seen as impressive God in Greek myth he was basically the guy nobody liked and a butt monkey.
In any case we know to little of the Greek Gods to see how much of the feats is accurate. In fact pretty much all we know is that apparently they are robots or machine like.

Actually they added both Herc and Zeus. Herc is considered a manifestation of one of the Nioh while Zeus was added due to him being very similar to Indra, who was already syncretized a long time before that. They are all depicted as the protector/guardian standing behind Buddha or usually shows up as the extension of Buddha's power. As of now we saw no mention of this in Nasuverse, which makes sense since modern Buddhism almost never mention this. I hope it never comes up lol, cuz I can feel even more rage coming if that happens.

True, but that's not the golden apples, and ambrosia is like the comment food for God's. There's a difference between a guy that needs to daily eat a specific type of medication to keep living and to a normal person who just lives normally by just having his normal food like everyone else.

If Zeus says he can fight and defeat any God in the Olympian pantheon (which I don't remember and seems somewhat out of character, but then it's been a decade since I last read The Iliad), he's not bragging because that is factually something he can do.
