I'm unsure about something: Could the Oracle at Delphi qualify as a Heroic Spirit? Because if so, maybe they're the Divine Spirit that sees the future that Kirschatria spoke of?

Sure you can say the Oracle could qualify as a HS, though it’s gonna be more of a problem of who since the Oracle wasn’t just one person. Though the one we know and probably greatest one is Pythia so that’s fine. Would she be a Divine Spirit? Doubtful, as well there not a God. One thing to point out but divination isn’t actually that rare so really you have many who can qualify even in Greek myth, top of it would be Apollo himself, God of Prophecy and is the reason the Oracles of Delphi could see the future thanks to him possessing them. But just because he would be the most obvious doesn’t mean it is him though, they can pull a Caenis case in this. So who knows on that front

You'd know this if you actually played the bloody game. They hunt the conehead beasts you fight a fifty million of in LB1. It's a whole thing. If lack of rune-proficiency is the problem, the whole thing is summarized somewhere on le reddit, I think.

That was anime original, the Visual Novel never said anything about that, just that she had a crappy cowardly Master who was envious of her.

With Rin, it seems to flip and flap back and forth between whatever makes for a funnier gag at the time.

I mean, even in the series that plays her technological incompetence the most, the non canonical Carnival Phantasm, Rin still can drive a car just fine, in a competitive race against two Servants with the Riding skill even if they also were hampered by inferior vehicles.

Kinda? I'm mean Kiritsugu's Time Accel is him just adjusting his own time by certain intervals, Double is his time x 2, Triple for time x 3, etc. So yeah he theoretically could always do square, he is just saying change my time to be 4 times faster, he just never did it because without Avalon doing that would be suicide.

^I must admit when I first saw that scene I did think it was a lot more impressive that Kiritsugu went from Triple Accel to "Squared" (X²), and then I realised my mistake.

This fanart popped up in my twitter feed, and I started wondering what it was about, so I checked the JP wiki for any references, and Raikou's relation-blurb for Shuten basically says the same thing about harboring complex emotions and stuff. Is this something that's explored (more) in-depth in like Onigashima or something, or is it something entirely based in the folklore/historical texts? Because I don't remember reading anything like this, but I didn't read onigashima, so.
