In all seriousness, I think Rin would be fine with just a more muscular and taller Shirou based on her own words. Also defeats the point she was trying to make the whole route if she just tries to make him look more like Archer.
I'm sure there's a photoshop of a redhead, pale Archer out there somewhere but I'm having trouble imagining it.
I always imagined older Shirou as simply being a stretched out version of himself with Archer's mantle and bodysuit, and by stretched out, I mean simply taller and more muscular, but with the same facial features.
HF alone makes me doubt it.

Anyway going back to the original question, while it’s not assured that shirou won’t look like archer in the future, it’s definitely isn’t true that it’s accepted he definitely will, let alone is gauranteed to do so no matter which route

Agreed. Personally, I still think no, but well...
I'm convinced that them being voiced by different people if just a way of trying to hide their connection.
I think in verse it's mentioned that they sound similar at one point.
