As far as I can tell, Universe of Awareness is a concept that never got it's proper exposition about. It's just a word dropped in the True Demon explanation.

A True Demon is a being that doesn't fit our Universe of Awareness' definition of "human", being more alike to extradimensional lifeforms that life in a different planet with different civilization (aka Lovecraft stuff). Going by that, our Universe of Awareness is the space where our concepts are still concepts with meaning and all concepts outside of it are incomprehensible.

Bonus: if you don't like the name Universe of Awareness and you're into cheeky alliteration, your possible alternate translations include: Understandable Universe, Cognitive Cosmos and Sapience Space.

EDIT: Oh wait, I remembered the last CCC chapter says stuff about the Universe of Awaraness but I absolutely can't remember what.

what a coincidence, i was about to bring up CCC: So the Moon Cancer qualification thing is still quite bothersome, so let's get this straight and clarified!

-You need to be a cell of the M.C (i suppose this refer to the M.C creations or things that are a part of it, might not be it)
-You need to erode M.C through its core (to hack its core), otherwise, It would delete You. (This is a reference to Rin stating that if the M.C wanted, it could switch to a Gatou type O.S and delete the current universe, something that the Mooncell has done already in CCC)
-If someone has already done so, Then the statue would be occupied and you would have to either get rid of that current Mooncancer or absorb them (what Kiara did).

I like Cognitive Cosmos the best. In the LB soundtracks the Tree battles are all called Hypothesis Cosmos in english.
Nasu is very into the relations between a Microcosm and Macrocosm both having their root in the word Cosmos.
Universe of Awareness just sounds misleading. Because its not just a space, it's an order.
And you see that motif appear over and over again like "this order has fallen" from the incantation for Blue.
