Can Touko puppets have kids?
Touko's own ones probably can, given that they're extremely lifelike. The whole point is that they're so realistic the world confuses them for the real thing, after all.
Who knows about the ones she makes on commission, though.
It won't be for a lack of trying on Sakura and Shirou's part, I'm sure.
Another dumb question--regarding the fragments of the Holy Grail that Zouken got after the Fourth Holy Grail War. As Iri's Grail had been spewing out the black mud-tar before it/she was Excaliblasted, would it be reasonable to assume that those fragments are already corrupted by Angry Manjew?

Can Sakura have kids post-wormification? I thought they ate her uterus.
Not too sure, but it would be rather problematic for the Matous to make her their successor when the whole point of taking her in was to revitalize their failing bloodline. Which at least implies that she'd have been expected to bear children at some point so the next generation would inherit her potential as a magus. So Zouken would probably be making sure that her potential for reproduction isn't lost.
Barring that, considering that Sakura undergoes rapid regeneration at several points in Heaven's Feel, it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that damage done to her reproductive system would be reversed as well. So there's that, at least.
