he already drains a ton of mana because of his immortality, using the chariot also costs an insane ammount, to the degree that i believe was stated that it costs as much as a brand new servant.
the shield is probably not cheap either.

Which is besides the point that Rafflesiac was asking about. And any guessing on how much mana Kosmos costs is pointless when it's not noted to be specifically expensive unlike Troias Tragoidia.
It's an A+ NP, it's fair to assume it requires a good amount of energy to activate.

Astolfo is using it. IIRC the only reason he can use it is because his legend has him borrowing stuff from other heroes all the time, which implies that it's temporarily his.
