Not just her. All members of the Tamamo Nine, including the Original, can cook at expert level. The Original learned culinary course together with Kiyo and Ame no Uzume in Benienma's class.
IIRC Karna can too. Kinda funny cuz they are both voiced by the same VA.

Yea. Even Cu can cook chimera's meat in his interlude and Liz will give you the best kind of food ever.

Gawain isn't cooking, it's an affront to cuisine
Couldn't a Master just use a Command Seal to order their Servant to never harm them, or to kill themselves if their Master does die? The latter could be overruled if the Servant switches Master and the new Master cancels it out with another CS, but I'm not sure why no one has ever tried the former and instead just prays they'll have a chance to stop their Servant from killing them.
Also don't you lose your ability to be a Master if you use up all Command Seals? Bazildot used all three of his and is still a Master.
COmmand Spells lose effectiveness the larger and broader the command
command as large as "never harm your master" would just slightly impede them, but not outright stop them
even if you lose CS, you still have the fading command spell, the "slot"
if u still have that it signs that you still have the right as a master and youre good

Ehh, not sure about that first part. While it's true that vagueness/more general commands weaken the effect, Rin was still able to use a CS to stop Archer from attacking Shirou in any way, to the point where he had to form a new contract with Caster to get around it (that said, we don't know how she actually worded it).
Of course the other thing is, why would you bother wasting a CS like that? As long as your Servant knows you have them they can hardly attack you anyway, the implied threat is usually enough.

Command spells that aren't some immediate action are weaker and aren't absolute. Early on this might work, but after time its going to wear thin and you're going to probably have a disgruntled Servant that doesn't like you imposing that kind of command on them.
Well unless you've got another Master lined up its already not a great chance for the Servant so...or to kill themselves if their Master does die?
The other reason too is that you need the Command Spells for the endgame if your actual purpose is the ritual.but I'm not sure why no one has ever tried the former and instead just prays they'll have a chance to stop their Servant from killing them.
Command Spells were a later invention. They're not actually synonymous with no longer being a Master, they're synonymous with no longer being able to control your Servant. Technically you're still capable as a Master without them. Also don't you lose your ability to be a Master if you use up all Command Seals? Bazildot used all three of his and is still a Master.
"Yes. That is also a spell that rules the Servant, so take care of it. It's called a Command Spell and you can retain control over your Servant as long as you have it."
"…? What do you mean 'as long as I have it'?"
"The Command Spell is an item of unconditional obedience. I think you've already realized that Servants have their own will, but that mark overrules their will and makes them obey your command."
"There's no spell needed to activate it, and it will be activated when you put your mind to using it.
But you'll lose one for every time you use it, so make sure you only use it twice.
If you lose all your Command Spells, you'll be killed, so be careful."

Im just quoting the Vn itself about that tho
And ye but in prologue we also get that Rin is exceptional enough as a Master to have the impede from brroad CS to be p effective even if it wasnt absolute.
So i just took it that Archer playing along looking for better chance rather than risking eternal muscle fatigue.
"…Man. This was certainly a miscalculation on my part.
The Command Spell works poorly on broad orders.
For broad and long-lasting orders like 'protect me through this' or 'win this battle', the power of the Command Spell weakens. The force will last a long time, but since the associated pain is weak, some Servants will be able to disobey.
In contrast, a single, simple order like 'deliver the next blow with all your power', or 'don't break that glass' is absolute, and even the most powerful Servants will find it hard to disobey.
…So, I think you can guess what I'd like to say next, Master."
