It's much different actually, CG Emiya was dead so he's wasn't destroying himself from projecting too much. He killed few to save many, not a whole lot to get to the one he actually needs to kill, just to save an hypothetical number of people she might seduce. Also interacting with Kiara breaks people, that's her thing.

What was the reason for using the Grim Reaper's Scythe as the cover for Rhongo in Case Files? Or is it just an aesthetic choice? I was thinking that if there's a deeper meaning behind it, perhaps the Scythe is also one of the linchpins.

Aside from that and the Lance of Longinus, which was already implied in LAlter's game profile, I was also speculating that Wukong's Ruyi Jingu Bang could be one of them based on its mythological properties.

Any idea what the Einzberns, Tohsakas and Matous are doing in Fate/Prototype's universe. They seem to be oddly inactive, even in Fragments where they could have been retcon'd into minor relevancy or at least a mention.

Also, I wonder if they tried making the Fuyuki war happen or not. The two wars don't seem to be mutually exclusive but I doubt both exist at the same time due to obvious outside-of-universe reasons (the story would seem too complex) and also that would be a headache for the association lol

They don't exist as far as we know. The Reiroukans replace the Tohsakas. The Isemis arguably replace the Matous, although that's less clear. If the Einzberns exist (and they most likely don't), they aren't involved in the Tokyo HGW.
