Probably like Loptr Laejarn being used to burn the AoG texture. Maybe it was made due to humans wanting to separate from the gods, but it's not like humans actively want to destroy the texture, I doubt majority of humans even know about that mechanic in the first place. But the planet be like k ur wish shall be granted, imma wipe out the Norse gods cuz u gais want to no longer rely on them, so here is this tool to do that.

It's mostly the intent thing that trips me up, because kinda like Zurvan says, the desire part sounds basically like wishes to me (and I mean, it is 望み so I guess it is wishes) but what exactly is referred to by human intent kinda avoids me I feel.

I like your interpretation there, but as you say it's also shaky when you try to apply it to other stuff.

Ok yeah, that's an interesting take on it that I hadn't thought about. So then we're talking more "things humans wanted but that they couldn't have" sort of things, because it was outside their dominion or whatever, which I guess also fits with how Gilgamesh who has all human stuff (including those forged by gods but that aren't DCs) doesn't have them.

The Chivalric Orders are stationed at individual churches or units like Riesbyfe's Knights of the Inquisition. The Executors are special forces that eliminate heretical elements, with specific mention to demons that cannot be combated by exorcists. The Burial Agency are a super special unit that expunges with impunity whatever the Church finds inconvenient. It's not that they target different things but their powerlevels and circumstances in which they are involved differ.

It's a new usage of Brahmastra we never saw b4, still called Brahmastra but this time it blinds enemies (ingame effect is a stun) in the area with a flash of light. Shining Eyes ftw.
