To elaborate on the original question and concepts and the foundations they're attached to using chinese food as an analogy,
For Chinese food to be palatable in America certain things changed. For instance in authentic chinese food broccoli isn't used. And broccoli beef is a super famous American Chinese Food.
So for Chinese food (a foundation) to spread into America certain aspects of American food (a different foundation) like broccoli (a concept from the other foundation) that could easily blend with authentic chinese foods like oyster sauce and soy sauce was necessary. While chinese people from china might question it, it's still for the most part recognized as a type of Chinese food. And Chinese food is now a mainstay of American take out.

"An ideal is only an ideal after all. As long as you embrace that ideal, the friction with reality will continue to increase. So you will someday face reality and will have to pay for your compromises"
So in the F/go animation the cu (caster) vs archer fight.
he literally just deletes caladabolg from existance, then burns another np that emiya shot to nothing.
hOW?
that seems pretty op
it was probably also his protection from arrows.
"This is a power Cú Chulainn was born with. It's said that it's possible for him to avoid any long range attack if he has made visual confirmation of his opponent, tracking down ranged weapons with his eyes and defend against them. He can deal with most projectiles even in conditions where the opponent cannot be visually seen. As long as the attack is a thrown type, he can avoid even Noble Phantasms, but he can't gain the effects of this protection with respect to wide range attack types where the attack range of the weapon explodes on impact, or a direct attack by a weapon that has simply long reach"
And thats for his lancer B, as caster its A so it was probably super easy for him.

Explanation i gave was for his lancer form At B
talking about Caster which is more magically adept and has it at A
Spot the difference.

not to mention it wasnt just avoid, it was also ""tracking down ranged weapons with his eyes and defend against them"".
also avoiding something isnt limited to dodging.
If i delete an arrow that was about to hit me, I avoided getting hit by it.
If it hit it with my sword and it went away, i avoided getting hit by it.
If i casted a spell on it and it flew away, i avoided getting hit by it.

Or it's just a cool thing done for anime.

i am confused of this attempts where you ask questions then almost immediately answer them yourselves
It was him using his Territory Creation skill to replicate Scáthach's Gate of Skye. The GO Materials said he was capable of that.
anyway the cases of protection from arrow, limited as it was, has always about dodging
im not sure just a one rank up can magically snuff a great noble phantasm just like that
more likely its his rune magic
id check the BD QA of first order if it has something about it, if i have it, but i dont
