i assume you need to plunge it really deep

Command Spells disappear when you've lost or given up the right to be a Master.

So, about magi's hair, specifically that of females. Now and then I come across small mentions of how hair is important in regards to magical energy, and I even remember some mention of it in FSN

Clearly you summon a pre-Apo Jackie.

Different worldlines. What happens in Apo worldline doesn't prevent her from being summoned in FGO worldline.
