Shower thought: In a hypothetical situation where Servants actually fight a War as opposed to glorified battle royale, d' you think skills like Military Tactics or Strategy could be used to counteract stuff like the Sabotage skill or other "AoE" effects?
I know exactly how such a fight would go in Exalted, but the Nasuverse rules are different.

also septem (hah), babylonia (albeit one-sided) and to a lesser degree probably okeanos (a.k.a. the one time Queen Anne's Revenge will actually get a power boost)
and I guess camelot also has servants leading troops, but that's not really on the same scale

so really FGO is just all about this in general, which makes sense since the entire concept is to some degree about taking a whole lot of servants and whackin' em together

Does the fog that Alice uses to cover parts of Misaki and the mansion come from her forest ploy or from her mirror ploy? Someone else asked about the skills of her ploys, but I can't really remember their specific effects after all these years. Maybe I'm mixing them up and the fog doesn't even come from those two.

There's the pig sword things, and the egg trap, the flying chocolates, Flat Snark...

As to that, what does Robin do?

If remembering things correctly, and taking into account what I've asked here...

Spoiler:

• Diddle Dee or whatever its called powers up other ploys and can't be used on certain areas of Misaki.
• The dices that can morph based on the throw; we apparently see their human forms in the second mahoyo OST cover. IIRC Alice says they are annoying.
• The mirror that can cover the mansion and Misaki in fog. It apparenty has some kind of dimension on the other side (take this with a grain of salt... can't remember much about it...).
• Dumpty is the one Mr. Bear Punch encounters in the park. You can't look at it or you are trapped or something.
• The one that makes snow for some weird reason.
• Flat Snark which trolls Aoko and gets trolled instead.
• The flying chocolates that die crashing into telephone poles which Alice uses to stalk people.
• Robin, whose only redeeming feature is to troll Alice.
• The egg that... er... traps you in an area until you do something... or something... I also can't remember details about this one....
• Thames with it's 4 forms and which Alice can only conceptualize the first 2.
• The forest one which is around the mansion.
• Wander Snatch which we don't actually see in action, IIRC. It should be the one with the mouths made of fog.

Some may be wrong/incomplete as it's been a long time since I played it. I think there are a couple more but I can't remember that well.



Anyway, I'm sure Kinoko will release mahoyo 2 Soon™ along with a mahoyo material Real Soon™ too. We only need to wait for the remake of Tsukihime to release first.

They can feel heat and cold but can survive being outside in the -100°C Lostbelt 1 just fine. I don't remember if we've got any examples of the opposite, with them being alright with high temperatures, but wouldn't be surprised. They're ghosts, after all, and to hurt them you need to use magic stuff.

We don't see any leading going on, just the one scene where Rama supposedly rallies the troops. Certainly doesn't play any actual role in the conclusion of the storyline- as they note themselves, Servants are the ones that determine the flow of battle, not troops.
