Well no, its actually pointed out that it affects her because of the legend rather than because she actually had it at her peak. So it's basically like all jidaigeki and anime depictions of Okita coughing up a storm during Ikeda-ya giving her the skill.

That's how it goes with pretty much all of the event-specific Servants. A lot of them are localized to their singularity but because Chaldea has its own observation ability their records keep.

So pretty much they can't be summoned, beyond Chaldea, correct?

Just learned that Artoria in FSN had her 15 years old body which shocked me as I find Takeuchi's art makes her look older and so I always believed she was at least 25 lol... and that her Lancer form is really her after aging without Avalon. So what about Okita, Nero? Is this their adult form we see? Or are they also in their loli form XD

I'm kind of surprised anyone would think Saber in Stay Night or Hollow Ataraxia looked like an adult. Seriously even in his later art of her, Saber looks at most to be in high school.

A few questions:

1) Do we know how old the Mage's Association is?
2) I assume shapeshifting magic - you know, taking the form of a wolf, an owl or something like that - can be done in the Nasuverse. If so, do we know of any character who uses something like that?
3) What about things like talking / commanding / communing with animals and / or the dead? I know Necromancy exists, but can Sisigou (as an example) summon the ghost of a murder victim and ask them about their killer, for instance, or is it just stuff like using the hearts of dead people as grenades?

No you get those when a parent’s brother gets a wife.

Well, I mean, all the Servants that have abilities like that. Tamamo, Osakabehime, Nursery Rhyme, Vlad. Serenity, Holmes, and Lancelot all demonstrate humanoid shifting of some kind.

I don't think mortal characters have shown that kind of ability. DAs and familiars like Len or made-of-familiars like Zouken.

Making familiars can command animals. Talking to them is obviously possible with Enkidu, Holmes, and Semiramis demonstrating that sort of thing. The dead is sort of different since dead souls go to the recycling bin. The data left over can be communicated with, what with wraiths existing or how Caules uses psychometry. It's sorta implied that necromancy itself is interacting more with the concept itself of death and using that leftover data to form curses related to death, not actually connecting to the soul or anything.

After the Mage's Association murder Paracelsus, they made a seance to summon his spirit and talk to him (Fragments). Also the whole heroic spirit summoning system is technically what you are asking about the death, or at least the bigger example we have.
