Is Ea the only thing that Shirou can't replicate and/or examine? Or are there other things?

There are a couple of things Shirou can't copy but examine I think Ea is the only example we got so far
"Only in my company, will you not be a monster"
anywhere than here
1-ok, so, objects with conceptual abilities. not conceptual beings in general.
2- did Nasu ever state that anywhere? sure that is how the myth is, but that doesnt necessarily need to be how Nasu is inserting it into his stories and may not choose to give it that level of depth, so i will wait for in-story mentions of that or his direct confirmation
He did. In the Fate/Extra material book, especially the bunrei part. He was even so in the troll mood he said "oh btw the okuninushi who enshrined the mirror is like a god among gods (not even in the RL myth lmfao) but lul it's just a tease for now that's all u nerds need to know atm". Typical Nasu.

So what I get from all this is that the only real criterion about whether something is a conceptual weapon is whether Word of God says it's a conceptual weapon.
Hmmm.
A horse who is also a gun.

I literally just woke up so maybe this won’t make any sense to me later but I guess the distinction of a true conceptual weapon is that the attack IS the concept and it doesn’t just attack USING a concept. Like, Gae Bolg uses the concept of causality reversal to stab you, while Black Barrel attacks you by directly infecting you with the concept of “limited lifespan”
Clearly it attacks the attack with the more powerful concept of “Can’t touch this”
Currently caught up with the recent TL of Case Files, and I'm curious regarding the three factions of the Clock Tower. So what are each of the Faculties aligned to? Aside from IX being Trambelio and VI as Meluastea, what are the others?
The Act of dozing off in the afternoon is a luxury indeed.
Coffee would be nice, though.
