Those who have become Heroic Sｐirits are freed from the constraints of time and are moved to the Throne of Heroes, existing to the outside of the World.

As for the Saber I usually think Knight of the Round Table, for Rider I usually go wtf is that thing he is riding and who does he think he is. It's actually what made the Rider class one of my least favorite classes at least until Alexander came along.
