I don't think so actually. This piqued my interest because I remembered the idea from somewhere that Ilya was originally supposed to have pseudo immortality because of being contracted to Herk, and isn't Gudao/Ritsuka in GO supposed to have immunity to huge resistance to poison because of being contracted with Mashu?
So Sakura's situation is like that, getting perks from her Servant unknowingly (and other side effects). But in her situation it also goes in reverse and her servant can use her powers when it's projecting through her, to eventually when they essentially become one being, but even then I dunno if I would call that a pseudo Servant. Unless you could use Rule Breaker to separate a spirit from a human too when they become a pseudo Servant, but in HF it's precisely because it was a contract that it worked with Sakura, which is why Shirou comes up with the idea ONLY when he hears that AM is linked to her by contract.
So I am inclined to believe that the two situations are not the same.
